Welcome to EYFS
We believe in providing all children with a safe and stimulating environment that builds on each individual’s wants, needs and interests. Children should have the opportunity to learn through play. Learning should be fun, engaging and suitably challenging. Our two Reception classes offer excellent dedicated provision for our youngest learners. Our staff use the early learning goals to assess children’s development. The prime areas of learning are:
- personal, social and emotional development:
- physical development;
- communication and language
- and the early learning goals in the specific areas of mathematics and literacy.
